The military judge overseeing the 9/11 mass murder case on Monday approved a 60-day delay in the proceedings to give the Obama administration time to decide whether to take the case to federal court.
Army Col. Stephen Henley approved the war court freeze in a three-page ruling that noted confessed Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammed and his four fellow accused did not oppose delay.

U.S. prosecutors vie for September 11 plotter trials
Federal prosecutors in New York, Washington and Virginia are vying to try the accused plotters of the September 11 attacks if their cases are moved into U.S. civilian courts, the chief prosecutor for the Guantanamo war crimes court said.
The Obama administration said last week it would decide by November 16 whether to try Guantanamo prisoners in a revised version of the much-maligned military tribunals or in regular civilian courts.

NYC synagogue bomb defendants may claim entrapment
Four ex-convicts accused of plotting to bomb synagogues and shoot down military planes apparently will claim they were lured into the conspiracy with gifts including cash and fried chicken.
Theodore Green, attorney for defendant David Williams, 28, mentioned the entrapment defense, which generally claims that a person was enticed to do something illegal that he would not otherwise have done.
TVNL Comment: This is standard practice. This is how the US creates terror cells and this is how the law enforcement community gets credit for keeping us safe. It is a scam!
