Trump forced to unblock more twitter usersU.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday unblocked some additional Twitter users after a federal judge in May said preventing people from following him violated individuals constitutional rights.

U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald in Manhattan ruled on May 23 that comments on the president’s account, and those of other government officials, were public forums and that blocking Twitter Inc users for their views violated their right to free speech under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

Donald Trump has unblocked more Twitter users after a court ruled that preventing people from reading his tweets was unconstitutional, but some—including comedian Rosie O’Donnell—still don’t have the privilege of seeing his daily online rants. A court ruled in May that blocking individuals from the presidential Twitter account violated their right to free speech, but as of mid-August, 41 accounts—including a film producer, a screenwriter, a photographer, and an author who had criticized Trump—remained blocked.
