Key point:

Gold confirms that war in Iraq was decided upon from day one, and that a fake pretext was readied and anticipated before 9/11 happened. Though Gold still pins the blame on Al-Qaeda, in acknowledging the fact that the Bush administration would have staged a false flag attack anyway had it not been for 9/11, he is one small step away from intimating that the attacks on the WTC and Pentagon were an inside job.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Former White House aide I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby has been found guilty on four of five counts in his perjury and obstruction of justice trial.

Libby, 56, faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison and a fine of $1 million.

Libby was convicted of obstruction of justice, making a false statement and two counts of perjury.

Jurors cleared him of a second count of making a false statement.

The indictment against the former aide to Vice President Dick Cheney concerned how Valerie Plame was outed as a CIA operative and what Libby said to a grand jury concerning the case.

Libby was not accused of exposing Plame. He resigned in 2005 after the grand jury indicted him.

Prosecutors contended Libby disclosed Plame's covert profession to reporters as part of a plan to discredit her husband, Joseph Wilson, a former ambassador who alleged that the Bush administration twisted some intelligence in the run-up to the Iraq war.

Wilson, who conducted a CIA-sponsored trip to Niger, wrote in a July 2003 New York Times editorial that he found no evidence Iraq sought to buy uranium from the African nation, as the administration claimed.

The jury was down to 11 members -- seven women and four men. A week ago, one of the jurors revealed that she had obtained outside information that prompted the judge to disqualify her.

The defense said it would accept 11 jurors to avoid having to start deliberations over with an alternate. The prosecution objected, but U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton overruled, and the panel has continued with one chair empty.

Testimony and evidence in the trial began January 23.

This video contains a montage of corporate media reports from the morning on 9/11 2001. Multiple people reported bombs going off. You can hear one huge explosion yourself.

At one point a NYC firefighter orders people away from the area because there is a bomb inthe building.

How much proof do you we need to realize that the WTC buildings came down via pre-planted charges and that the corporate media knows this and is part of the cover up?

Please pass this around before Google removes the video.
This video was released earlier today but in an obvious attempt at a cover up Google removed the video. Here is another on line copy of it...
http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=49f_1172526096
Download this fast and copy it. Distribute it widely as well!

The BBC's news broadcasters described in detail how the collapse of WTC 7 occured. The problem is that they did this over 20 munutes before it actually collapsed. In what clearly seems to be a pre-written cover story the reporters are explaining the details of the collapse. They explain that the building was damaged due to falling debris and that it collaped as a result.

The problem is that the building is standing RIGHT BEHIND THE REPORTER as she is reading the report!

This is a clear example of how a cover story is redied for state sponsored terrorism. A similar situation happened during the Kennedy assasination when overseas news agencies were reporting on the details of Lee Harvey Oswald's bio and explaining that he was a sole assain, yet this was being reported before Oswals was even arrested! His identity was not even known to Dallas police at the time!

Down load this video. This is a smoking gun. This clear proof that the collapse of WTC7 was expected expected and an explanation for it's improbalbe impossible collapse was indeed prepared in advance and distributed to the press. Fortunatley for the 9/11 truth movement the BBC blew it and read the cover story before the event took place!

This is a bobmshell and must be distributed widely!
Peace,
Officials: John Edwards to announce '08 run
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16239360/

All,

Those of you who have seen my live presentations or have listened to my radio program know that I have been saying that John Edwards will be our next president. I said this just prior to the 2004 elections when I said that John Kerry, a Skull & Bones member would go along with the farce of an election because the real people's choice, Howard Dean, would never be allowed to win. He was not an inside player.

Edwards was accepted by the group of people known as the Bilderberg Group. He was invited to speak to them and he charmed them, according to all reports from this secretive group. An argument could be made for claiming that this group is a subset of what is really a global government that controls most governments from behind the scenes. They do this in various ways; financial, militarily and para militarily. No matter how you look at it they are a very powerful group of people.

I had said that you should look no further than John Edwards when you try to figure out who will be the next Democratic presidential candidate. I had said publicly, many times that Edwards had already been selected. The media verified my assertions by continuing to bring up Edwards even though he never indicated an interest in running. What does that tell you? It tells you that the media know because these decisions are made by the people who control the media.

I said many times, on the record that if Edwards did win it would indicate that my assessment of the situation is true. It means that there are powerful non-elected people who have complete control over our political process. I also told you that if he wins you should arm yourselves because these people are indeed in control of us and we must protect ourselves from them.

Well...it's starting...out of nowhere Edwards is now a potential candidate.

If my assessment is correct the rest of this horse race is just a show, as is most of the procedures conducted by our so called elected officials. The people have no say in what takes place. We have no representation at all. Our so called elected officials do not legislate according to our desires. And the political process is in place simply to make us think that we live in a democracy.

If Edwards is our next president, please...oh please, pay attention to what I am saying.

Peace,
Although we have been tracking the manipulation, alteration, concealment and misuse of scientific information by the Bush administration, I truly believe that the signing of this protest letter by 10,000 scientists, researchers and Nobel Lariats should serve as grounds for the impeachment of George W. Bush and his entire administration. This powerful statement serves to illustrate the extent and magnitude of lies perpetrated on the American people by George W. Bush and his administration.

This news serves to prove that the Bush administration has lied to us about issue that relate to our health and the health of the planet (life on earth). This is attempted genocide and here is a statement by 10,000 witnesses to this crime!

This administration has lied about science, health, terror, 9/11, war, elections and just about every subject imaginable. It is hard to actually find a single instance in which they have been honest about anything at all.

George W. Bush has led the most dishonest criminal administration in American history and they have endangered the future of mankind. They must be removed from office and criminally prosecuted. This would be the only acceptable way for America to rescue its democracy and system of justice.
US scientists reject interference
By Jonathan Amos
Science reporter, BBC News, San Francisco

Some 10,000 US researchers have signed a statement protesting about political interference in the scientific process.

The statement, which includes the backing of 52 Nobel Laureates, demands a restoration of scientific integrity in government policy.

According to the American Union of Concerned Scientists, data is being misrepresented for political reasons.

It claims scientists working for federal agencies have been asked to change data to fit policy initiatives.

The Union has released an "A to Z" guide that it says documents dozens of recent allegations involving censorship and political interference in federal science, covering issues ranging from global warming to sex education.

Campaigners say that in recent years the White House has been able to censor the work of agencies like the Environmental Protection Agency and the Food and Drug Administration because a Republican congress has been loath to stand up for scientific integrity.

"It's very difficult to make good public policy without good science, and it's even harder to make good public policy with bad science," said Dr Peter Gleick, president of the Pacific Institute for Studies in Development, Environment and Security.

"In the last several years, we've seen an increase in both the misuse of science and I would say an increase of bad science in a number of very important issues; for example, in global climate change, international peace and security, and water resources."

The statement was released at the American Geophysical Union's Fall Meeting. It is an annual gathering of Earth scientists.

Last year, it triggered a major row when a discussion here resulted in the renowned US space agency climate scientist Dr James Hansen later claiming he had come under pressure not to talk to the media on global warming issues.

Michael Halpern from the UCS said the statement of objection to political interference had been supported by researchers regardless of their political views.

"This science statement that has now been signed by the 10,000 scientists is signed by science advisers to both Republican and Democratic administrations dating back to President Eisenhower, stating that this is not business as usual and calling for this practice to stop," he told BBC News.

The Union said is was hopeful that the new Congress taking office in January would show a greater commitment to protecting the integrity of the scientific process.
Please take note that a new law just took affect requiring companies to record all e-mail and instant messages made using their system. I feel that you should be aware of this information that involves your personal privacy.

A very distraught Jesse - Editor, TvNewsLIES.org

http://apnews.myway.com/article/20061201/D8LNRQB80.html

U.S. companies will need to keep track of all the e-mails, instant messages and other electronic documents generated by their employees thanks to new federal rules that go into effect Friday, legal experts say.

The rules, approved by the Supreme Court in April, require companies and other entities involved in federal litigation to produce "electronically stored information" as part of the discovery process, when evidence is shared by both sides before a trial.

The change makes it more important for companies to know what electronic information they have and where. Under the new rules, an information technology employee who routinely copies over a backup computer tape could be committing the equivalent of "virtual shredding," said Alvin F. Lindsay, a partner at Hogan & Hartson LLP and expert on technology and litigation.

James Wright, director of electronic discovery at Halliburton Co. (HAL) (HAL), said that large companies are likely to face higher costs from organizing their data to comply with the rules. In addition to e-mail, companies will need to know about things more difficult to track, like digital photos of work sites on employee cell phones and information on removable memory cards, he said.

Both federal and state courts have increasingly been requiring the production of relevant electronic documents during discovery, but the new rules codify the practice, legal experts said.

The rules also require that lawyers provide information about where their clients' electronic data is stored and how accessible it is much earlier in a lawsuit than was previously the case.

There are hundreds of "e-discovery vendors" and these businesses raked in approximately $1.6 billion in 2006, Wright said. That figure could double in 2007, he added.

Another expense will likely stem from the additional time lawyers will have to spend reviewing electronic documents before turning them over to the other side. While the amount of data will be narrowed by electronic searches, some high-paid lawyers will still have to sift through casual e-mails about subjects like "office birthday parties in the pantry" in order to find information relevant to a particular case.

Martha Dawson, a partner at the Seattle-based law firm of Preston Gates & Ellis LLP who specializes in electronic discovery, said the burden of the new rules won't be that great.

Companies will not have to alter how they retain their electronic documents, she said, but will have to do an "inventory of their IT system" in order to know better where the documents are.

The new rules also provide better guidance on how electronic evidence is to be handled in federal litigation, including guidelines on how companies can seek exemptions from providing data that isn't "reasonably accessible," she said. This could actually reduce the burden of electronic discovery, she said.
