Does anyone on Earth really think that members of the Bush administration give a damn in anyone sees how they torture people? Does anyone really think the CIA destruction of evidence has anything to do with that? Are you kidding? Having the world watch Americans torture people would give Dick Cheney an erection that would make Viagra seem like a placebo. These guys are not hiding torture, they are hiding 9/11 evidence, and that is a fact! They are hiding the information that was derived by the torture. They are hiding information pointing away from al Qaeda and the accused accomplices. You can bet you life on that!

Does anyone not realize the coincidence of the recent fire in the VP's offices while an investigation is taking place is just another in the endless list of perfectly timed miracles that seem to help the Bush administration hide information from the public? The coincidence factor with this administration is historically astonishing. From having a fire in the VP's office when an investigation is taking place to having a group of people who wrote about the need for a new Pearl Harbor running war games on a day America gets its first new Pearl Harbor in 60 years (9/11/2001), the coincidences, or I should say fortunate yet virtually impossible circumstances that happen to benefit the Cheney administration seem to take place every time one is needed. TVNL Editor's Comments: So When Will Bush Bomb Israel?

I am sitting here watching George W. Bush talk about Iran having a covert nuclear weapons program that they still have not disclosed today. He is telling us that they are dangerous because of this. He emphasized that Iran has tested long range missiles. Well, all of those things apply to Israel too. As a matter of fact Israel supposedly has a stockpile of 200 or so nuclear weapons. When do we bomb them?

Of course I'll watch my e-mail for unsubscribe messages, because there are many people out there that want to hear the truth, except when it comes to Israel. But let me tell you something my friend, one needs to look no further than Israel when it comes to American foreign policy hypocrisy. From nuclear proliferation to out right deplorable human rights violations, America's blind and active support for Israel stands as a wonderful example of how our nation talks out of one side of its proverbial mouth! I hope those who take offense to my using Israel as an example take the time to actually pay attention to what goes on in this world when it comes to Israel.

The hypocrisy of this nation has only been surpassed by the hypocrisy of the Bush administration. I really never thought American hypocrisy would surpassed by anything in my lifetime. Oh, was I ever wrong! Think about it! Jesse Richard – Editor, TvNewsLIES.org

When I say that the establishment media are the greatest enemy of the American people, I am not joking! The people in the media, knowingly or not, have conspired to prevent you from knowing or realizing the most important information in the world. They make it possible for the establishment to commit crimes against you, your food, your air, your planet and your country. Yes, I am saying that there is a controlling entity to our nation and to our world. And if you don't realize that by now you may as well stop reading this and wait for the next episode of Larry King where he will no doubt cover some non-news story that has no effect on you, the world, society, life, the local population and will only effect about 100 people out of the 9 billion people on Earth...and he will pretend as hard as he can that it is news!

The latest “old news” to be passed over by the establishment media is the most recent smoking gun adding to the proof that Dick Cheney and his hand puppet George W. Bush did, as we all know, commit treason by intentionally exposing the identity of a overt CIA operative...because the husband of that agent exposed another treasonous lie of theirs! When I turn on the so called news I can not believe the bullshit that is being passed on as national news while so many vital news stories are ignored! I don't get it...someone tell me why we should not kill these people? I am not kidding! These people deserve to be killed in the most horrible torturous way imaginable for what they have allowed to take place in this world without doing their job and letting us know!

Here are a few little pieces of old news that our media don't think you need to know...

Not one but both of the so called elections of George W. Bush, our sitting president, were fixed elections. Tons of evidence has been exposed, ballots have been destroyed (against the law), people have been sent to prison and you have not been notified.
Virtually free clean energy technology has been available for over a generation. Water powered cars have been driving around for thirty years. And you are let to believe that $100 oil, filthy polluting coal and cancer causing nuclear power plants are our only choices when it comes to powering and heating our homes and cars.
Cures, and/or much more effective (and less distressing) treatments are available for everything from staph infections to cancer, and you can't have them because the cures can not be patented and therefore can not make any corporation rich!
Your money belongs to private bankers, not to your nation! That's right...the interest you have to pay for your government's debts go to a private bank called the Federal Reserve, which is neither federal or a reserve. They don't answer to our government and they do not have any governmental over site. This is perhaps the biggest scandal in the American system.
Virtually every aspect of the official “explanation” (cover story) of the events of 9/11/2001 have been proven to be false. Multiple cover ups have been exposed. Multiple inconsistencies and impossibilities have been exposed and vital elements, like motive (PNAC's new Pearl Harbor) and opportunity (the war games and hijacking drills taking place that day) have been hidden from the public.
Virtually everything Michal Moore exposed in Fahrenheit 9/11 has been proven true yet the only coverage by the media came when the critics and conspirators had something to say!

This list can go on forever. We are being lied to every day about almost everything. The garbage that is passed on as news has become so obvious that the on-air news reporting criminals in our nation must be taking drugs in order to keep from laughing as they struggle to look like actual journalists while they cover stories like local crimes of passion, personal celebrity tragedies and movie news (and box office reports) while presidential treason is ignored!

Journalism, freedom of the press, is the only vocation protected by the US Constitution. There is a reason for that. Actually there are many reasons for that all of which can be summed up by saying that the journalists are supposed to protect the citizens from the people in power. They are doing to opposite! These people are holding blindfolds over your eyes as they allow you and your children to be raped in every way imaginable. Why do we permit this? TVNL Editor's Comments: The Farce of Veteran's Day; A Holiday For Everyone Except Veterans

How's your day going? Are you off from work or school? Do you get to spend a three day weekend enjoying yourself? Perhaps you are traveling or you took the kids to Disney? Well, on this Veterans Day 25% of the homeless in American are veterans who don't give a damn about having a holiday of their own, they just want the country that they served to simply treat them like human beings.

You know it is very hard to be proud of being American these days unless you have an extraordinary ability to live in a pretend world. Or unless you really believe that you live in the pretend world that is depicted on out TVs, news networks included. Today America claims to celebrate those who have served our nation by applauding them at baseball games and by watching draft dodgers and AWOL brats who conducted an electoral coup of our nation (Bush & Cheney), give speeches in their honor. What a tragic place America has become.

America is a land where a baseball player can earn $1/4 billion yet we have people, human beings, families, children and veterans alike living on the streets with no home, no food and no hope. Tell me great our nation is. This is not my America.

We live in a nation where for some reason the soldier is the supposed be our greatest hero. The soldier, we are told, is protecting us from our enemies and we are told to “support” them. Well I have news for you, todays soldier does not protect us from our enemies and we do not support them. The enemies of Americans and American soldiers today are the very people who send our soldiers to unnecessary wars while they stay home and work hard to destroy our nation from within. While they aim our soldiers are foreign enemies, real or promulgated, they destroy our Constitution, our freedom, our protections, our ability to provide for ourselves and all the while they do to nothing to support our soldiers. “Supporting the troops” has become nothing more than code speak for funding the war profiteers and the patriots who point this out are demonized.

Well demonize away because I am saying what needs to be said. This nation does not need a holiday, it needs a revolution. It needs representative leadership. It needs to live up to its own rhetoric. It needs a military that protects the people from enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC. It needs leaders that do more to actually support our troops than give a once per year speech to canned pre-screened audiences of troops who do nothing to protect our freedoms while they participate in presentations where the freedom of speech they supposedly are fighting to protect is suspended and restricted to little “free speech zones”. How they hell is that protecting me or you?

So the Democrats helped the Bush dictatorship by approving the latest Nazi like Attorney General and the idiots who still think that electing democrats will solve all of our problems are “disturbed!” Aww, poor babies. Have you learned your lessons yet? Has anything changed? Has one crime committed by this vile anti-American, anti-life on earth, anti-everything administration been halted, forget prosecuted? Has ANYTHING changed or has everything continued as planned?

I told you that the fact that Congress was permitted to go Democratic was a ploy by the people who run our government (from behind the scenes) to quiet down the activists. In a sense they were trying to prevent the progression of a revolution because they knew bleeding heart liberals have too much faith in the system to realize that the problems facing us are not political they are criminal!

Face it...every single day Democrats watch in befuddlement as their all talk members of Congress continue to support the enemies of this nation. The enemies I am speaking of are the Neocons who control Bush policy. War continues, actually it's growing, the corrupt contracts continue to be awarded, our rights continue to erode, our environment continues to lose governmental protection, every area of regulation continue to be regulated (I should say unregulated) by the very people who work for the regulated industries and every aspect of daily living continues to worsen. But Democrats thing electing more criminals, again, will solve their problems.

Folks, these people conducted the events of 9/11. They stole presidential elections. They raped our Constitution. They looted our treasure. They continue to destroy this nation even with a Democratically controlled Congress. Nothing has changed. Nothing. Have you not noticed this?

Folks...wake up! Harsher terms are in order, but I'll spare my readers. The system is broken. Drastic measures are in order. Stop campaigning for anyone who is tagged by the media as a top tier candidate. Stop your involvement with gate keeping organizations like MoveOn. Stop contributing to the Democratic party. And start educating your fellow Democrats! It's not politics we need to worry about...it's crime. Once you understand that we can work towards a real solution to our problems! Think about it! TVNL Editor's Comments: As California Burns and Georgia Thirsts, the US Government & Big Business (real estate developers in this case) Share Some Blame

I recently rebuild one of the bathrooms in my condo. I did a great deal of research prior to purchasing the fixtures. I have always been very careful to consider the environment when I make any purchases that may have an environmental impact. In the case of my bathroom I stumbled upon two technologies that could save a great deal of water, both related to the commode (toilet).

New toilets today are available that can save water in two ways. First off there is the simple dual flush system. This is a simple system where a second flush lever is available for flushes that require less water. One flush is a standard 1.6 gallon flush that we find in most commodes in the U.S.. The second flush is a lighter 1.0 gallon flush that we normally find in urinals, where less water is required to do the trick.

The next little technology is called pressure assisted flushing. This is where a tank inside the commode stores water that is pressurized by the water pipes that fill it. The result of this pressure is apparent once you flush the unit. To put it bluntly hardly a person reading this had never encountered a situation where more than one flush is required to complete the job. Well let me tell you this, you would hardly find a job that require a second flush from these pressure assisted commodes.

Now why am I bringing this up and what does it have to do with California, Georgia & the U.S. Government? It is all about the laws and it is all about our dwindling water supply! As I did my research I found out that the dual flush commodes are required by law in nations like China, Australia and Israel. Yet there is pressure in the US to keep this technology quiet because it would costs builders and landlords more money. Again, we have an example of American values. The only thing that matters is money. That's it. Nothing else, not even drinking water or water to put out fires!

I paid almost $400 for one of these commodes when I redid my bathroom. I could have had a fancy one piece commode for less than $100 but I chose to save water for my condo, my city and my fellow human beings. I also purchased a Gerber brand commode because it is the only commode that is still made in America. Call me silly for writing this and call me silly for picking this uncomfortable topic to write about, but every little bit helps. And if every American would save a few gallons of water each day places like Atlanta would not be in a state of emergency as they watch their watter supply vanish. And if we had a real news media our government may actually be forced to protect the people instead of just the people who own them! Think about it! Jesse Richard – Editor, TvNewsLIES.org

TVNL Editor's Comments: Why Moveon.org Has and Will Always be Wrong

When a crime or an atrocity is in progress the solution is not to “move on” leaving the crime or atrocity in progress. The response should be “stop everything!” The political action organization called Moveon.org have succeeded in herding many Americans into accepting the current state of the state as politics as usual. They have kept their “members” busy and focused on supporting political solutions to criminal problems. Well I have news for you, political solutions do not work when the politicians are the problems! And “moving on” is not the answer the criminal problems facing our nation today! And that's the fact Jack!

Forget everything that has happened at the hand of the Bush administration and focus on one thing, and one thing only, the legitimacy of their “elections!” It has been pretty well proven that this administration used every means possible to prevent what little farce of a democracy still exists in our political process, from keeping them from “taking” over the presidency. They stole the presidency and our nation along with it. The core members of this administration are well known for the Machiavelli principles yet people do not understand that those principles include the belief that all is fair when it comes to achieving or maintaining power. All is fair, from lying to killing. That is what Straussian Neo-Conservatism is all about.

I am sorry but I have problems looking at anyone who considers themselves to be an American patriot yet has no problem with the very real fact that the current so called president and his entire administration are enemies domestic. They conducted a coup, actually several electoral coups, and politicos and the ignorant (yet in many cases well meaning) citizens feel that the best way to handle it is to “Move On!” I say, bullshit! I say that the answer to what is going on is to “STOP EVERYTHING!” This is what we should have done the moment voting improprieties appeared in 2000. The minute Al Gore received a -16,000 vote count in a little town in Jeb Bush's Florida we as a nation should have stopped everything! We should never have moved on from that catastrophic moment in American and global history!

This nation is in huge trouble. America is dead. This not in any way shape or form a democracy and we do not have a representative government. This past year of so called Democratic control of our Congress, with no changes in direction, no arrests, no prison terms, and the continuation of completely ignoring the massive evidence of high crimes by the Bush administration should be enough to make people realize that the problems facing our nation have nothing to do with left and right rather they have everything to do with democracy vs. tyranny.

Most people don't have any idea that there are even any questions surrounding the legitimacy of the past few elections so I am not surprised that they don't know that many of the answers were discovered; and the answers indicate massive election fraud. If this nation had any kind of national journalism institution we would all know this. Perhaps a national strike would have taken place. Perhaps harsher responses would have been taken by the people of this nation who call themselves patriots. But I can tell you two things, if this nation had a real media that served up accurate information about the world a lot of things would be better and the American public would not simply “move on” every time a crime is committed against them! So you can thank the media for what is going on these days. As I always say they are America's greatest enemy for they protect and empower the most powerful enemies of the people.

Moveon'org members continue to march and yell to empty buildings. They continue to sign petitions and they continue to fall for the notion that the answers to their problems will be implemented if everyone would stop what their doing and “tells their Congressperson” one thing or another. Hey, stupid people, wake up, you are being ignored. Is that not yet apparent?

There is a famous Einstein theory that says that the definition of “insanity” is repeating the same action expecting different results. Well I actually believe that repeating the same action expecting different results is the definition of “stupidity!” Stop marching, stop calling your representatives, stop writing checks to the people who keep all your activism resources tied up doing things what will have no impact, and stop thinking that the issues of the day are political. The issues are criminal and should be treated as such. We have serous problems and “moving on” just leaves the criminals in place or sometimes just replaces the criminals. TVNL Editor's Comments: How Can Anyone Take “Mainstream” (Establishment) Media Seriously at This Point?

As many of you know I have been out of the loop for a little while as I address a heal issue, but I have not been out of the loop when it comes to keeping track of what has been going on (and I have not been out of the loop in keeping the news page up to date! Nor have I been out of the loop when it comes to the exponential decline of the pretend news industry in our nation.

There have been many things to comment on and point out during my downtime, but I have to tell you that every once in a while I catch something that just blows me away when taken in complete context. Now you see I see things from a different vantage point than most people. That is why I do what I do. Things that may not be obvious to most people are obvious to me. I am like the kid in the movie “The 6^th Sense”; you know the kid who could “see dead people!” I seem to be cursed in that unnoticed outrages seem to pop out of the scene and jab me in the eyes. All I do with my writing and speaking is point these things out. I don't even go looking for things to point out, they just keep popping up. Only these days there are so many outrageous moments taking place (with the establishment media) that these “pop out and jab me in the eye” moments are starting to make me feel like I am living under a strobe light. I can't possibly keep up with reporting all of these moments.

Now that being said I hope this little “pop out moment” that I am sharing is not to anti-climactic...but if you really take this in the context of what journalism is journalism, national journalism, it's importance as a Constitutionally protected entity under our so called democracy, all the important issues that exist, and all that is and is not reported to the American public by our Constitutional sentinel known as the “free press”, and if you include the overwhelming ignorance and stupidity of the general public in this nation, you may just understand why I found this little particular moment noteworthy.

OK, so here it is...as I was doing my duty by monitoring the TV so called news networks during their top of the hour headline runs I found that they all reported, among other things, on the status of Brittany Spears child custody. Brittany Spears! We are talking about a celebrity that is pretty much famous for being famous. A nothing. A nobody. Go ahead, name one song that she sung and see if it ends up on some classic music collection in 25 years. We are not talking about John Lennon here. We are talking about a blond chick with a barely passable singing voice and whose contributions to the art of music don't even match what Rice Crispy treats are to the culinary arts. People who called themselves journalists had no problem reporting this ridicules item as news while the world around us crumbles. Sorry, maybe it's all the medicine that I am taking but I just don't understand how everyone around me does not see how ludicrous this is and I just don't understand how those so called journalists are not embarrassed to death to be doing what they are doing! Currently my pain is minimal thanks to several powerful medications, a trip to the emergency room and finally a friend who is a Chiropractor, who was the only person to relieve my pain (using acupressure, nutrients and a neck collar...no chiropractic however). I'll tell you all about this guy, who was the only person who relieved my pain to the point of not having to take powerful tranquilizers and pain killers anymore!!! I am however awaiting results of a CT scan but I am operating at 80% or so.

Again, I am sorry that the “daily” newsletter has been anything but “daily”...but the news page has not lost a beat so keep checking there for news vital to all Americans. (In my opinion;-)

I REPEAT: I would like to collectively thank the many of you who have written me with words of support and encouragement. Your kind words are not only my compensation for running this website but they help to strengthen me when I am experience periods of weakness. I have always been a very strong person, both physically and emotionally. I have always been the person to fight for those who could not fight for themselves. I have always been the person to be there for those who have no place else to turn. It is overwhelming and humbling when I find myself in a position where it is I who is in need of help. TVNL Editor's Comments: Time to Rename the Department of Defense to the Department of Offense

Let’s be real folks, we the people of America need to be defended from potential harm. But the truth is that most of the threats posed to Americans have little to do with military activity of rogue nations or so called terrorists. We are threatened, our lives our threatened, our well being, health and financial stability are threatened, our food supply is threatened and most recently our ability to keep our homes and receive life saving medical help are threatened. And the people who pose these very real threats to you are the same lying bastards who spend every possible moment trying to exploit exaggerated fears that have never really posed a threat to us in the first place.

I know many of you are going to say, “But what about 9/11, that was a real threat!” Well, there are two ways I can answer this. Following the comical official explanation of what took place that day, even the simplest reasonable analysis pretty much proves my point when I say we do not have a department of defense. If we were to believe the official narrative of the events of 9/11 and truly look into the actions prior to that day and on that day, one can only deduce our so-called Defense Department and executive leadership were comprised of the most incompetent collection of misfits that have ever been assembled. A child would deduce that the people who ignored the “warnings” to the president and who decided that it was more important to keep a classroom full of children calm rather than take control of a nation under attack, clearly depict a group of people with such extreme intellectual limitations that professional assistance would have to be provided on a daily bases to simply ensure that these clods could complete the task of putting on their own pants.

On 9/11 and on every day since the attacks on our soil, the US Defense Department played absolutely no role in defending our nation.

Of course, if one bothers to look past the official narrative of 9/11 and take a few minutes to notice where the official evidence contradicts the official narrative, one would reasonably conclude that “defense” was not remotely the order of the day for our Defense Department. In fact, neutralizing the defense of our nation is a more accurate description of the actions that took place that day.

Since 9/11/2001, our Defense Department has clearly become the Offense Department. All efforts made by our armed forces in Iraq and their unchallenged commanders have involved the planning and carrying out of offensive actions against non-threatening entities. These military “leaders’ whose integrity we dare not question are guaranteed positions await their turn in the personally enriching business of ensuring military conflict. This is a far cry from their mission as defined by the name of the institution they are sworn to serve.

In the meantime, Congress, along with our historically criminal and dishonest executive branch and our increasingly politicized judiciary have relentlessly been on the offense obliterating our personal freedoms, our financial security and our control over the health of our person being, the planet, our food supply and the balance of life on earth.

At the same time, the corporate media are the most effective enablers of these offenses. If this nation had a press that understood its role in a democracy, perhaps the public would understand what has been taking place. Perhaps the people would be driven to the streets by the kind of outrage and anger that historically brought masses to the barricades and brought down similar tyrants.

This is not an issue of right versus left, Republican vs. Democrat, Islamic extremest vs. the immoral westerner. This is an issue of a total exploitive assault on the citizens of our nation. This is an issue of a controlled media placed in charge of fabricating somewhat believable explanations for the events taking place so that public anger is misdirected away from the people who not only pose, but actually implement the greatest threats to the American people ever.

I am no bleeding heart liberal. I have no problem watching vast groups of dangerous radicals being wiped off the face of the earth. What sets me apart from many who have zero tolerance for those who threaten America’s safety and freedom is that I have learned that those enemies are closer than most people realize. In fact, we have no one in our government who can protect us from our own political and military ‘leaders. And that clearly and directly includes our misnamed Department of Defense. Think about it! PERSONAL NOTE UPDATE: I am currently being examined for a possible tumor, infection or abscess that may be causing the terrible pain that I have been experience. I have been taking several medications that have drained a great deal of my energy. PERSONAL NOTE: As I have written about earlier, I have not published my newsletter on a daily basis recently due to personal reasons, explained in a previous newsletter. However I intended to resume daily publication by now however a little obstacle entered the scene: neck spasms. I am currently suffering from torticollis, which I can pretty safely say has been the most painful prolonged experience in my life. That includes a 10 month bout of sciatica caused by a broken disk in my spine. The pain is similar to having sciatica all up and down your neck.

Anyway, thanks to a variety of health care professionals, from my Doctor, to my new chiropractor/acupuncturist, to my new masseuse, to my friend who is a chiropractor and acupressure professional, to the emergency room crew (where I found myself yesterday while I was dealing with crippling pain), I seem to have found some relief. I have tried to keep up with updates to the news page but as I feel better I will publish more daily newsletters. Please accept my apologies for the drop off in commentaries and daily mailings. As you can see now...I had a pretty good reason for slacking off:-)

By the way...I did notice something funny at the hospital yesterday...they were building a brand new wing of the emergency room dedicated solely to people who go hunting with Dick Cheney;-)
